Upper Body (Shoulder) Series with 2 Light Weights: Greased Lightnin' (John Travolta, Jeff Conaway)

Okay - this one is so much fun but it's a doozy! Definitely tell your members to go with those light weights and remind them they can always drop them if it becomes too much.

OPTIONS:

  • Sweep Front / Press Up & Out Combo: Members can go just one arm at a time.

  • Combination Movements: This one gets very cardio heavy in addition to all the shoulder work, so remind your members that they can always leave out the lower body and just focus on the upper.
