Side Lunge Series with Gliders (Barre): It Ain't Me (Kygo, Selena Gomez)

This track is a side lunge series with gliders! Make sure you set your members up with their heels off the gliders so they have a strong grip with the supporting leg.


This one will go straight into the side glute. Encourage your members to keep their weight over the supporting leg - and make sure to prep them for those leg lifts in case they have been trying to share the load.


I teach this track facing the barre to make transitions easier. You could also do this as a center floor track for an added challenge.


There are only two blocks of work and the sequence is identical except for the addition of the extra 32 counts of Squat Pulses at the end. Block 2 does not start on the top of the 32-count in order to keep the work the same on both sides and line up the side lunge pulse with the return of the Post-Chorus so keep an ear open here!
