Kickboxing Series: Physical (Dua Lipa)

If you are ready to bring a little fight into your barre classes, this track will so be for you!


I have just started teaching a Barre Brawl class this month and it has been a blast! I will be working to roll it out to y'all soon! In the meantime, I introduced this track in the cardio portion of my barre classes to give members a little taste. Lots of squats to work the legs and nothing crazy for those who may be intimidated by the addition!


The work in Blocks 1 & 2 is the same - but watch the hold in Block 1 before the combination. Block 3 gives you the chance to punch it out and return once again to the combination.
