Curtsy Combo: This is all about making it big. Think about presenting yourself – opening the chest proud and taking up space. The lift doesn’t need to be big. This is just a chance for your members to test their balance.
2nd Plie Combo: This is your members chance to stay grounded for a moment. Think of this as giving you a chance to re-center and refocus the core in preparation for the next move.
Side Leg Lift: Again, this does not need to be big. Just test the balance.
